Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: In general items are dispatched the same day, so depending on location you can expect to receive your order within 2-4 days. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock or there is a delay in sending you will be notified by email.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Our online shop accepts Visa and Mastercard through our secure checkout page using SSL encryption. We also have a PayPal checkout option. For non online payments we also accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone or can also arrange a direct deposit. All Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Q: What is the returns policy?
A: If any products are damaged during transport, we offer a full return. If the ordered product is not what you are after or does not fit etc and is unused, we will accept a return as long as it is within 7 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Q: What security measures are in place?
A: All Marine uses 128bit SSL security to ensure your payments are secure. We do not store any credit card details on our system. All payments are sent through our gateway also using SSL encryption.

Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based at Woolwich Marina in Sydney. Woolwich Marina is located on Parramatta River opposite Cockatoo Island on magnificent Sydney Harbor.
